Will you blow-dry my hair afterwards?
Certainly, we include a rough dry as part of our service. This process removes excess moisture from your hair, ensuring you don't leave with dripping wet hair.
If you opt for an upgrade to a full blowout, our technicians will also expertly style your hair in accordance with one of our three signature styles.
2. Is this suitable for ethnic hair?
The treatment is most suitable for hair types that are not inherently prone to tangling, due to the nature of the service involving constant massaging and rubbing in different directions.
Those with severely tangly hair, such as straight hair that tangles excessively or certain curl patterns, can still enjoy the treatment but may experience increased tangling afterward. We are equipped with Felicia, Denman, and Wet brushes to help detangle your hair, and our technicians will assist with this process.
3. Are the products used color safe?
Yes, all of our products are sulfate-free, paraben-free, and 100% color and keratin safe. You can rest assured that your hair color and treatments will be protected during your visit.
4. Are the products used pregnancy safe?
Yes, our products are pregnancy-safe as long as you are able to have your hair shampooed, deep conditioned, and receive a body massage with body oil and natural essential oils. We recommend consulting with your doctor before your appointment to ensure it aligns with your specific pregnancy needs.
5. How do I prep for my appointment?
To prepare for your appointment, we recommend coming in comfortable clothing and with hair that has been detangled to the best of your ability.
While we do detangle your hair before the treatment, excessively tangled hair may deduct time from your head spa session.
7. Can you work on clients with braids and/or dreadlocks?
Due to the nature of our treatment and the tools used, it is best suited for hair that is all down and can be brushed through. If you have braids or dreadlocks, we recommend undoing them before your appointment to ensure the best and most enjoyable experience!
